Open source · Divoom Pixoo 64 / Local-first toolkit

divroom

An open-source toolkit for exploring and driving the Divoom Pixoo 64 on your own network. Discover the device, control its 64×64 display, and stream creative content through its local HTTP API.

A little screen. A lot of possibilities.

Send colors, scrolling text, images, and GIFs to the panel. Adjust brightness and channels, or play locally generated rainbow, plasma, sweep, pulse, and gradient animations.

The 16colo.rs slideshow picks ANSI and ASCII art, pans a 64×64 window through each piece, and prefetches the next. Webcam streaming sends a Mac camera feed to the display through ffmpeg.

Local-first, stock firmware

Use the Python CLI or the localhost dashboard. No firmware flashing is required. Device control uses the local API; the Divoom cloud is used only for optional discovery.

Optional passive-observation tools analyze device traffic from authorized captures, without man-in-the-middle interception, packet injection, or TLS decryption.

MIT licensed. For devices and networks you own or are explicitly authorized to test. This portfolio links to the project; device control and the dashboard run locally, not on this website.
